This countryside gem is situated on an island in the archipelago between Stockholm and the beautiful coastal town of Norrtälje. The island is accessible with car ferry that departs from Svartnö at least once an hour. It is a calm, comfortable and utterly beautiful 2.000 sqm seaside property.

The house was built in the mid 80's and has only been used privately until recently. It is 85 sqm and built in two floors. The upper floor has three bedrooms with seven beds, and the ground floor consist mainly of one large room which has all the necessities for a memorable vacation. Outside the house is a magnificent 80 sqm veranda with garden furniture and grill. At the end of the veranda is the guesthouse. It is a simple but cute, and has three beds (triplebed).
